Virgo
A Virgo is organized, grounded, and giving. They keep themselves in order, whether that be in the office or in their living space. Not a document or a knick-knack will be out of place. They are centered and calm, so you don’t have to worry about them overreacting when you approach them with a difficult problem. They will stay level-headed, even during stressful situations.
Of the earth signs, they are the most charitable. They have compassion for those around them and will give all they have to help others. They want to make the world a better place, and they do that by offering kindness and whatever they have to those who ask.
Capricorn
A Capricorn isn’t afraid of a hard day’s work. They’re diligent, tenacious, and won’t quit until the job is done. They are sensible and stubborn, so don’t try to sway them with a frivolous alternative option.
Not to mention, they are rooted in reality and aren’t distracted by unimportant tasks. They have a job to do, and they’re going to do it well. Don’t worry about how they’ll react to setbacks; they’re going to keep working on a problem until they find a solution.

Since they’re dependable, earth signs will feel comfortable depending on each other. They make a reliable team together. If two earth signs are in a relationship, they need to make sure they have friends of a different sign.
