Take Your Marketing Campaign to the Next Level

If you want your business to stand out from the crowd, you need to get serious about your marketing. Most small businesses out there are doing the same old tired things to attract attention, and people are catching on to the methods. You can hardly tell the difference between a lot of businesses in the same niche, and that makes it harder for any one company to stand out and make a killing. So how can you take your marketing campaigns to the next level?

If you’re ready to stand out and get serious with your marketing efforts, here are some things you can do:

Remember Offline Marketing

If you want to stand out in 2020, one thing you could do is go retro and ramp up your offline marketing campaigns. This could be anything from flyers, street promotions, setting up tables at events, and so much more!

The fact is a lot of small businesses these days do all of their marketing online, because, well, that’s where they operate, and… most people spend a lot of time online. That presents you with an excellent opportunity to swoop in and do something amazing offline that will generate buzz. And people will notice because it’s more personal and a lot of the time you will physically meet or talk with a potential customer.

You could invest in 3D direct mailing materials from American Paper Optics, choose to sponsor a local charity or create an amazingly catchy radio jingle. If you go offline when all of your competitors are preoccupied with online content marketing, you might just come out victorious. Don’t be afraid of thinking outside the box. Just remember you need to be on it online too!

Launch a Loyalty Program

Customers love to get stuff for free. By creating a loyalty program where they can earn points, vouchers, free stuff, etc., you can encourage them to choose your business over others! Obviously, it helps if you spread the word about these perks as much as possible – put it on your website, your social media, and if you have a physical location, have signs as well.

Offer more significant perks for people who leave reviews or who post about products. Do whatever you can as a business owner to make it known that you treat your customers right! Word of mouth marketing is powerful, so get the word out and make an amazing loyalty program that people just can’t turn away from.

Collaborate

Collaborating with another company in your community or in a related niche is a great way to piggyback off their marketing power while giving you access to more customers!  Collabing presents you with something to shout about in press releases and grow your market. You’ll both be doing each other a favor and getting each other’s customers in the process.

Some ways you can collaborate on include cross-promotions, running conferences, packaging your goods and services together, special offers, and so much more!

Create Scarcity

You know when you really want something just because it’s limited edition or there’s only a certain amount being sold? That’s creating scarcity and it works! You want something that not everyone is going to have. People want things that are scarce because they see these products as more valuable – and usually, they are.

Creating scarcity by creating limited edition products and services is an excellent way of generating a buzz around your brand and making everyone want to do business with you. Of course, you need to make sure that whatever it is you make limited edition is worth it, or it could all backfire spectacularly on you, so give it some thought.

Link Up with a Celebrity

Having a celebrity endorse your brand could send your sales stratospheric, but it’s hard to find a celebrity willing to work with small businesses, right? Not necessarily! These days YouTube stars and social media influencers are celebrities in their own right, and many of them will be willing to work with you for a fair price. Or maybe even if they genuinely love the product – put your feelers out and see what you can do.

You could also do collaborations and endorsements with other influencers and people with a large social media following. They could even be considered “local celebrities.” This is a great way not only to reach your target market but also increase brand awareness and get potential new customers.

Take your marketing campaign to the next level and see your conversion rate soar!
