Whether you’re running your own business or working your way up the career ladder, everyone needs a break now and then. When you’re coming to your wits end, you may notice that you’re making more mistakes than usual. You could be overly fatigued, distracted or just bored with your work. There’s only so much we can put our bodies through before they start to shut down on us. Your To-Do List
